Dr. Bruce Reed, dean of the college Health Sciences and Human Services at The University of Texas-Pan American, presents the college's Staff of the Year Award to Esperanza Rocha, administrative associate for UTPA's occupational therapy department, during the fourth annual Health Sciences and Human Services Staff of the Year Awards Ceremony on Friday, April 25. Rocha was honored for her outstanding work and dedication in the college.
